**Prime Exotic Rentals Refund Policy**
Welcome to Prime Exotic Rentals! We aim to provide the best possible experience for our clients. Our refund policy is hereby detailed for your thorough understanding.
**1. Cancellation Policy**
If you choose to cancel your reservation, please do so 48 hours prior to the pick-up time. In these cases, a full refund will be processed.
**2. Late Cancellation**
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in a charge of 50% of the reservation cost, the remaining will be refunded to you.
**3. No Show**
If you do not show up at the scheduled pick-up time and fail to inform us of cancellation, no refunds will be processed.
**4. Early Returns**
No refunds will be issued for early returns. We appreciate your understanding that the vehicle has been reserved for you for the entire duration.
**5. Deposits**
Deposits are refundable if the reservation is cancelled within the pre-stipulated time. However, the cost of any damages incurred during your rental period will be deducted from your deposit.
**6. Inclement Weather**
In case of unsafe driving conditions due to severe weather, we allow rescheduling your reservation to another available date or a full refund may be issued.
